Welcome to the 10 in 10 Pilates Challenge! I can’t wait to move with you.
Starting November 16th, you’ll receive a link by email to a new 10 minute Pilates workout for 10 days (a new email each day). The emails will come at 12:01am MST on the day of the workout release. Make sure you mark [email protected] as safe in your email provider! Also check your junk and spam folders and – for gmail users – check your promotions folder.
All of these workouts will be posted and watched through our Youtube channel, so you can go directly there to start moving!
I also recommend joining our private Facebook community for extra motivation through the 10 days. It’s a great place to tell us how you are doing and find inspiration!
