Why I’m Not Working Out Four Weeks After Baby

We were extremely blessed to welcome our baby boy four weeks ago.

Many of you have been walking this long journey with us, and words can’t express my gratitude and love for all of your positive thoughts along the way!

My days and nights have been filled with diaper changes, nursing, baby wearing, taking some alone time with my oldest daughter, walks, loads of laundry and glorious coffee.

One thing I have not been doing is working out.

You can read some of my articles here and here about working out after having a baby. I also decided to record a video telling you all the reasons I’m not exercising at the moment (even though I do miss it!).
