I have worked out and exercised in some very strange places in my lifetime.
- At the playground with my kids
-
Standing in the park holding on to the stroller
-
At the airport (long delays are the WORST)
-
In the back of the airplane (I’m that girl holding a baby doing squats by the bathrooms)
So the idea of sitting at my computer or desk and stopping to do some desk exercises really isn’t that big of a deal to me!
And it shouldn’t be to you, either :).
Movement has been shown to help energy, focus and memory. We all should be taking breaks during the day for desk exercises!
Our bodies are not meant to be sedentary, but sometimes life calls for us to sit at a desk, in a conference or in front of the steering wheel all day.
Here is a short 10 Minute Desk Exercise routine to help you move your body and break out of that sedentary rut!
Combine it with your afternoon cup of coffee and you’ll be ready to conquer the rest of your day!
If you try it head to YouTube and leave me a comment below the video! I’d love to know.
