There are many videos and tutorials here that can’t be found anywhere else. Whether you want a five minute or 55 minute workout, beginner or advanced, workouts for injuries or pregnancy or running, four week workout plans for back pain or prolapse – this is the place for you. As a member you’ll also receive all of our other workout programs – including our 4 Week Pilates Jumpstart – for free. Four Week Beginner Workout Program

Four weeks of home workouts sent directly to your inbox! This is perfect for anyone just starting Pilates or returning from an injury or pregnancy. All workouts are under 30 minutes and can be done anywhere with little to no equipment needed. If you are looking for a safe, effective and fun way to start exercising again, the 4 Week Jumpstart is for you!

Physical Therapy and/or Pilates Virtual Sessions

Jessica is available for 30 minute or 60 minute virtual appointments to help answer any questions you have, assess your movement and give you a personalized home workout program for your needs. This is perfect for anyone wanting to know how to exercise with their own conditions, needing more information about an injury, wanting a consult before or after a surgery.

Women’s Health Resources

Jessica has over 20 years experience as a physical therapist and personally has experienced endometriosis, prolapse, pelvic floor dysfunction and hysterectomy.
