Specific Workout Plans

We have many curated workout plans for your specific needs! These include four week plans for beginners, those with prolapse, postpartum and after a hysterectomy. Find our workout programs here.

Physical Therapy and/or Pilates Virtual Sessions

Jessica is available for 30 minute or 60 minute virtual appointments to help answer any questions you have, assess your movement and give you a personalized home workout program for your needs. This is perfect for anyone wanting to know how to exercise with their own conditions, needing more information about an injury, wanting a consult before or after a surgery.

Women’s Health Resources

Jessica has over 20 years experience as a physical therapist and personally has experienced endometriosis, prolapse, pelvic floor dysfunction and hysterectomy.
