Superfood Grocery List – for reproductive health

I’ve been diagnosed with endometriosis and a prolactinoma, both of which made doctors think I might not be able to have kids. I then conceived naturally and gave birth to a beautiful daughter three years ago. Since then, we have started working on baby #2, only to find it’s not so easy this time around.

I know what it’s like to suffer from pelvic pain, discomfort and the overall fear of the unknown.

I know what it’s like to want a baby so, so bad and be unsure when and if it will happen.

I know what it’s like to do everything you can to stay healthy during pregnancy and then get back to exercise after baby.

I know what it’s like to have to squeeze workouts between diapers, nursing, conference calls and toddler nap times.

Exercising With a Toddler

We all have different stories and journeys, and I want you to know you are not alone! Whether you are trying to conceive, you are pregnant, you have hormone imbalances, you have kids who are in diapers or you have babies who are full grown, we all have something in common:

We are women, we are strong and we are together in this.

I hope the resources listed below help you on your own journey!

Lots of love,

Jessica
