I am the proud mom to two beautiful babies. It is honestly the most important, joyful and humbling job I have. I also have endometriosis, experienced secondary infertility, went through IVF for our second baby, was diagnosed with a bladder prolapse after my first labor and delivery and have a prolactinoma.
I understand both personally and through my experience as a physical therapist the importance of support, motivation and proper exercise before and after giving birth. I am passionate about offering women and health care professionals the tools and encouragement they need to feel their best and stay safe during and after pregnancy.
