I’m sure you have heard the term “Pilates Body”.
As in:
– Oh, she really has a Pilates body
– I can tell you do Pilates because you have that classic Pilates body
– I want to do Pilates for a Pilates body
In general it’s used to describe someone who aesthetically is “long and lean”, has good posture and is typically toned.
I have some very different thoughts on what a real “Pilates body” means.
