I just found your youtube pilates and just did “Beginner Pilates Mat Exercises” and am super excited to do “Butt Lift and Slim Thighs Pilates Workout At Home.” I also did the exercises for knee pain and found the information useful to strengthen my hip abductors and external rotators. I greatly appreciate that you share your knowledge of pilates and physical therapy. I also loved reading your blog, especially the information of what sugar does to the body.

  2. Hi from Ireland Jessica!! Just completed the first beginner workout and I loved it!! I struggled with the zip sit as my left hip is very very tight but I’ll keep at it!!!
