Strength training is something everyone should be including into their weekly routine, and in today’s workout Jessica will take you through a full body workout at home using dumbbells! The first portion of the workout will include standing moves to work your arms, legs and core using weights. The second portion of the workout will move to the mat with additional dumbbell moves, finishing with some Pilates work.
